Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return or exchange is not due to our error, shipping expenses will be your sole responsibility. Please note that on items that have a broken seal, they are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect that renders them unusable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 12 business days in North America), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Special orders are not subject to returns or refunds, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world via Canada Post. Note that there may be restrictions on some products, depending on individual country customs and duty laws.
With free shipping, Scrapbooking and More reserves the right to ship using the shipper of choice. Faster shipping options are available upon request (email to receive rates), with the expense being your sole responsibility.
Note: Some items will be exempt from free shipping. These include stands, displays and fixtures. Coupons as well do not apply.
International shipping without tracking numbers (less than 1K), the customer accepts full responsibility for undelivered packages without the option of refund.
